Hi Owners.
This article will help you troubleshooting display issues on your computer.
First, make sure that your TV is powered. If it doesn't turn on, try to change the power outlet.
1. Make sure that the HDMI cable is connected (one end to the computer and the other end to the TV).
2. Using the TV remote, try to change the input (HDMI 1/2) and see if the display is fixed.
3. Try to change the HDMI port in the TV and check the HDMI input again.
4. In the computer, right-click anywhere on the desktop > "Display settings" > Make sure that on the "Multiple Displays" section, the "Duplicate these displays" is selected (Extended display is also an option, as long as "Show only 1" or "Show only 2" is not selected).
5. Replace the HDMI cord.
6. Run Display Adapter update:
a. In the search bar type "Device Manager" and open the app.
b. Open the Display Adapter section.
c. Right click on each device and select "Update Driver" and Search automatically:
7. Run Windows Update and your PC updates (for example, Dell computer has "Dell SupportAssist" tool).
8. If the issue continues, test with a different TV or try the same TV with a different computer.
