The Workflow Builder is a visual editor for FMX in the Cloud that lets you design and control the full user experience—from the moment a guest starts an interaction until the session ends. You build the flow by dragging steps onto a canvas and connecting them, creating a complete experience without writing code.
Workflows can include photo and video capture, AI effects, selection screens, surveys, email/SMS delivery, printing and more. Every step, branch, and condition is fully configurable.
