How to Enable Logs and Report IssuesUpdated 27 minutes ago
Overview
If you encounter unusual behavior or an edge case that does not work as intended in FMX, you can report it to Foto Master. This guide explains how to enable diagnostic logging and send the required files to our support team so R&D can investigate quickly.
Step 1: Enable Logging
Log in to FMX
Go to Global Settings → Storage
Enable Enable Log
Choose log categories:
All categories (recommended): captures full diagnostic data
Filtered categories: advanced option to focus on specific areas and reduce file size
Step 2: Replicate the Issue
Run the photo booth session normally
Perform the exact steps that trigger the issue
Note what actions led to the problem (if possible)
Step 3: Collect the Log File
After reproducing the issue, close FMX
Open the FMX/Logs/ folder
Locate the
.logfile
Step 4: Collect Event Configuration Files (Recommended)
Navigate to:
FMX/Events/{Selected Event}/
Collect the following files if they exist:
