Resending From Offline GalleryUpdated 3 months ago

Hi Everybody!

If you want to go back and text or email a photo again you can do so from the offlinet gallery. 

Exciting right? Let’s see how it works!

First, make sure you’ve set up your Email and/or MMS features according to our guides.

Now let’s head on over to the Settings tab of the software and select the “Offline Gallery” tab. 

In the example below, I only have the SMS and Print options in my workflow so I am going to deselect the “Email” and "QR Code" options - so they won't appear as options to my guests:

we start our workflow, we will use the keyboard shortcut of “CTRL+G” to bring up the gallery - there we can see all the photos that were taken under that event folder. 

The next steps are very easy:

* Click on the photo you want another copy of so that it’s highlighted

* Choose from the options at the top which action you want to take. As I have print and sms selected in the Globals tab these are the options we will see:

Once we print or text we will return to the gallery 

To exit the Re-Print Gallery we will use the "CTRL+G” keyboard shortcut again - that will bring us back to the workflow, and then we can click on “CTRL+R” if needed, in order to restart the workflow.
