1. Solid White Before Countdown: When adding the LED Start feature to your workflow, it is recommended to put Solid White right before the countdown starts. Put the "Flash" LED Start feature after the photo is taken. You can also increase the LED Light dim. Check this article for more information about the LED Light feature.

2. iPad Placement: Make sure the Pylon's faceplate doesn't cover the iPad's webcam. 

3. If needed, you can control the camera settings to adjust the photo's Exposure, ISO, White Balance, etc. Go to the Settings screen > Live View > Advanced Settings.
