Hi everybody!
This article will show you how to easily sync your iPad booth with your Dropbox account in a few simple steps. Ready? Here we go!
TABLE OF CONTENTS
Settings:
1. Install the Dropbox app on your iPad (download from the AppStore) and log in to your account.
2. Go to the Settings Screen > Dropbox > Press on "Link Your Dropbox Account".
3. The software will automatically open the Dropbox application and will request your permission to let Foto Master's software access its folders. Click Allow:
4. Once connected, this window will close and you will see that the button indication changed to "Disconnect" - this means the software and your Dropbox account are now connected:
In this window, you can select what type of media will be uploaded to Dropbox - Photo (final photo files), Raw (raw photo files), and Boomerang. Check\uncheck the options' boxes as you desire.
5. Select the desired Event folder in the Events screen. When a photo\boomerang is saved, it will be uploaded to a folder under the same name as your event, to your Dropbox account in:
Apps > Foto Master > Your event folder's name
Notes:
- Files will be uploaded from the app files only and not from the camera roll. You can check that in the Saves section, in the Settings screen.
- The Dropbox application should be pre-installed on your iPad to use this feature.
- If you delete "Apps" from Dropbox you will need to relink your account.
- If using the same Dropbox account with several iPad booths, the Event folders names should be different [Example: iPad1: MyEvent | iPad2: YourEvent]
