Hi All!
In this article, we will learn how to manage your drawing queue in the Draw Me Bot MacOS software!
The Draw Me Bot software has a powerful feature that allows you to manage and control your drawing queue. With this view, you can easily monitor the status of all your drawings and get more insights into specific drawings.
So, how does it work?
When a photo is sent from FMBooth App to the Mac, it is immediately displayed in the queue view. The software processes the raw image using AI technology and ensures that it is ready to be sent to the bot. At this stage, the status of the drawing is set to "Pending."
There are three main statuses in the drawing queue:
- Pending - The drawing is waiting for the next available robot to work on it.
- Processing - A robot is currently working on this drawing and drawing it.
- Done - The drawing has been completed.
What information is available for me in the Drawing Queue Table?
Once the status of a drawing changes to "Processing," you can see which robot is working on it and inform them if necessary. When the status changes to "Done," you can view the time it took to draw the image, which robot drew it, and when it was started.
Sorting the List
To help you quickly find the drawing you're interested in, the software provides three sorting options that you can sort by: Date Added, Name of the File, or Status.
Redo Button
The software also includes a "Redo" button, which can be used in several cases:
Use Case 1:
If you want to redraw a photo that has already been drawn, simply click on it, and its status will change to "Pending."
Use Case 2:
If something goes wrong during the drawing process, like a paper that isn't sitting well in the paper holder, you can stop the robot and hit "Redo" to put the drawing back in the queue as "Pending".
Use Case 3:
If there is a problem with an image, and you want to delete it, you can delete the raw image from the raw folder, and then click the "Redo" button to remove it from the list.
What is this Down Arrow Button that appeared in “Pending” drawings only?
In addition, there is a "Down Arrow" button that appears next to pending drawings. This button allows you to give priority to a pending drawing by pushing it to the end of the queue (the last to be drawn next), as the queue works in LIFO (Last In First Out).
