Hi everyone!

With the FMBooth app, you can now connect an external screen to your iPad! This means you can showcase either a live-view presentation of what is happening on your iPad or a slideshow of the photos and videos taken at your event.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Hardware Setup

We need to connect the monitor to the iPad. How is that done? just follow these simple steps:

1. Connect one side of an HDMI cable to your monitor

2. Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to the USB C to Ethernet Adapter in the HDMI port

3. Connect the USB C to Ethernet Adapter to the long type C cable (the one that goes all the way through your V-Motion 180 arm)

4. Connect the type C cable that comes out of the other end of the arm to your iPad.

5. Connect the iPad charger to the USB C to Ethernet Adapter in the type C port

It is importance to follow the steps in that order so that the iPad charger connection is the last step

Software Setup

Now that everything on the hardware side is ready to go, it's time to set it in the app, and in it, you can choose what you want to happen on screen.

Open the Fotomaster application and choose the Globals option from the menu on the left-hand side. Here you can decide if you want the Slideshow to be shown on the monitor or to mirror the iPad screen as well as its position.

Slideshow display

If you select the Slideshow option you can decide what to display (Photos only, Videos only or

Both Photos and Videos), and what will be the Presentation mode (Descending, Ascending, Random, or Show Last).

You can also decide on the amount of delay between each of them.

And that’s it. Simple right?
