Hi everyone,
We have a brand new feature for you to use in the Cloud - that is the Email Template! This guide will show you how to apply it in the software as well as how to edit the custom email templates.
There are the steps that you need to do on the Cloud's end and the steps you need to do on the Software's end. So let's get started!

In the Cloud
First, make sure that you have a Cloud account. If you do not, you can sign up here: Foto Master Cloud.
* This feature requires the Basic plan or up
1. Once you are logged in, go to the Events tab and create your desired Event by clicking on the +New Event on the top right corner of the screen or go to an Existing event if you wish to use it.
2. Once you know which Event you are using, navigate to the Email tab and here, you can play and customize your template.
Here, you can add your Logo, customize the Heading and Description, add Comments, Background, Sharing Block, and much more!
To start editing any of the elements, you can simply press on it within your preview (in this case we pressed on the Heading and it automatically highlighted it with the red box to show you, what exactly you are changing at the moment):
Now we are able to change color, adjust fonts, align it as well as add more padding/margins.
If you would love to change the background for any part of the template, you need to press on it and upload the photo, which you want to use or simply any color. You also can change border styles, make them round and more/less visible:
If you want, you can even save your template for future usage. Simply press the"Save as Template" button and name it.
If you wish to load a template, you can press the Load Template button, then select either the Standard Templates or your own customer one (if you saved it) and press Load
*Make sure to save what you currently have in case you need it as it will be replaced after loading another template
In the Foto Master Photo Booth Software
The steps needed in the Foto Master photo Booth software are:
1. Log in to your Cloud account via the Cloud tab:
2. Select the event you are going to use from the dropdown list and that you are syncing the media type you want to that Event:
3. In the Globals tab -> Email make sure to select the Foto Master Cloud in the Email Method:
4. Make sure to add the "Email" feature to your workflow (make sure it is after the "Save Final Photo" feature).
That's it! now, when the email is sent, your guests will receive the customized template!
