Using the "Load Preset" OptionUpdated 5 hours ago

To simplify setup and ensure consistent results, FotoMaster provides a library of ready-to-use presets. Each preset combines a workflow and a layout that are fully optimized for booth operation.

What is included in a preset?

A preset contains a Workflow (animations and features) paired with a matching Layout (photo placement, overlays, signature, etc.) and/or Video Output

You can load a preset as is or customize it to match your event needs.

How to load a preset? In your Cloud account, go to the Events tab, select your desired event, and:

  1. Select your software license assigned to your booth from the drop-down list.

  2. Click Load Preset to view the list of available presets.

  3. Select the preset you want and click to save your changes.

Once that is done, all that is left to do is to go to the booth and press Sync to sync the selected preset to the Event.

Once synced, the booth will be ready to use with the selected workflow and layout.

Customizing a preset

If you want to adjust the workflow

  • Open the workflow tab and select Load Template.

• Modify animations, features, or sharing options as needed.

  • Reselect the modified workflow in your Events tab and save your changes.

  • Sync the event to your booth to apply the changes.

If you want to adjust the layout

  • Open the Layout tab, and select Load Template.

  • Modify the layout, overlay, and branding features as needed.

  • Reselect the layout in your Events tab and save your changes.

  • Sync the event to your booth to apply the changes.

Helpful tips

  • Presets are a starting point. You can always fine-tune them for specific clients or event styles.

  • If you experiment with changes, consider creating a new test event first to preserve a clean version.

  • Always sync after making changes to ensure the booth reflects the latest configuration.

This approach allows you to deploy events quickly while maintaining flexibility and creative control.
