The Queue Management tab shows everything your booth produced and sent for the currently selected event: Sessions, Emails, SMS, Surveys, and Media uploads. Use the filter to switch views, select rows, and Retry Selected (failed/pending) or Remove Sel
Queue Management: Sessions filter
Each row is a session summary:. # – Session index. Start Time / End Time. Completed – Yes/No. Steps Executed. Counts per session – Emails, SMS, Media, Surveys. Live: new sessions appear as they’re created. End Time and counts update as the workflow p
Queue Management: Email filter
Each row = one email attempt:. Target – recipient email address. Media Type – typically Final Photo. Start Time – from session start. End Time – when sent. Status – Pending, Processing, Completed, Failed. Progress – 0% until sent → 100% when complete
Queue Management: SMS filter
Each row = one SMS attempt:. Target – phone number in E.164 format (+15551234567). Media Type – typically Final Photo. Start/End Times. Status/Progress – 0% or 100%. Country Input – normalized number shown here. Re-enqueues failed/pending SMS:. Reset
