Hi everyone,In this article, we will show you how to use your Twilio account with Foto Master&apos;s FMBooth software.1. Create a Twilio account and purchase a virtual number via <a href="https://twilio.com/" style=" text-decoration: none;">Twilio.com</a>.2. Add an SMS feature state to your workflow, make sure that it&apos;s after the &quot;Save Final Photo&quot; state. Settings&#xA0;In the Global Settings screen, enter your Twilio account details:Twilio SID:&#xA0;Enter your Twilio Account SID.Twilio Token:&#xA0;Enter your Twilio&#xA0;Authentication tokenPrefix:&#xA0;Set your international calling code.From Phone:&#xA0;Enter your Twilio number (no spaces or special characters included).Service URL:&#xA0;Enter the URL of your PHP server (check the User Manual for more details).Message:&#xA0;A short text that will accompany the photo.Send Photo/Video: Enable if wish to send the Photos and Videos. Disclaimer:Enable Disclaimer: Enable this option to present a disclaimer preview prior to the SMS feature screen and type in the desired disclaimer content.Data Collection: This option allows you to collect the users&apos; phone numbers while using the FMBooth application during your event. You can choose between the &#x201C;Collect&#x201D; option, the &#x201C;User Consent&#x201D; option, and the &#x201C;Do Not Collect&#x201D; option. If you select &#x201C;User Consent&#x201D;, another checkbox will be added to the disclaimer Twilio applies a 5MB file limitation when sending MMS messages. If you file is bigger than 5MB, consider using the SMS option, which will send a link to your phone to download the file.&#xA0; That&apos;s it, all set!

Let&apos;s go!<h1 dir="ltr" id="what-is-the-photo-layout">What is the Photo Layout? </h1>The photo layout screen consists of a list of different photo layout designs, and you can create new ones or duplicate and edit existing ones.To view and edit a specific Photo Layout, simply tap on its name, and inside it, you can add and change the different visual elements. <h1 dir="ltr" id="visual-elements">Visual Elements</h1><ul><li style="font-size: 16px;"><h2 dir="ltr" id="workflow-photo">Workflow Photo</h2></li></ul>This is the photo that the iPad will capture when the Capture Photo feature state is reached in the Workflow.&#xA0;In the Photo Layout screen, you can adjust its location, size, and fill mode, add a regular filter or a hair filter, and a background filter by pressing the Settings icon on the right side of the elements row.<img src="https://attachments.gorgias.help/JEmYL2naMXn6oMgQ/hc/bgJ1Q6QrLw2vXKOM/2025073108-f333d55b-0dc1-43d6-98ea-4ec8172a64ca-516669ba-e049-4f01-885a-a4e85a658864.png" style="width: 477px;" class="fr-fic fr-dib"><ul><li><h2 id="external-image">External Image</h2></li></ul>You can add a background or a foreground image (either provided by us or add your custom image).Simply press on the Settings icon and choose the one you want to upload, and then you will see a preview of that file at the top. Don&apos;t forget to click Save to save all the changes!

Adding Draw On Final Photo and Signature Feature

Hi all!This article will teach you about two awesome features in the FMBooth app - Signature and Draw Features.&#xA0;<h2 id="signature-vs-draw-on-final-photo--what-is-the-difference">Signature vs. Draw on Final Photo- What is the difference?</h2>With the Draw on Final Photo feature in your workflow, your guests will be presented with the final photo&apos;s preview and can freely sign and draw over it.With the Signature&#xA0;feature, you (the owner) will choose the signature&apos;s location in advance, via the Photo Layout screen, which means that the Signature element should be added manually to the chosen layout.&#xA0; <h2 id="signature-feature">Signature Feature&#xA0;</h2>To use this feature all you need to do is to add a Signature feature to your Workflow and a Signature element to your layout.Workflow screen:1. In your selected workflow, click on the +Add State button at the bottom left corner and choose Feature.2. Scroll through the features until you see the Signature feature and click on Save.* note that the Signature feature should be before the Save Final Photo Feature state in the workflow.In the layout tab, add the Signature element.&#xA0;Photo Layout screen:1. Click on &quot;Add Visual Element&quot; located at the bottom left corner.2. From the drop-down choose &apos;Signature&quot;&#xA0;You can change the position of the signature either by enabling visual editing and scaling it according to your liking or by changing the Left, Top, Width, Height, and angle values. <h2 id="draw-on-final-photo-feature">Draw on Final Photo Feature</h2>To use this feature all you need to do is add a Draw on Final Photo feature:1. In your selected workflow, click on the +Add State button at the bottom left corner and choose Feature.2. Scroll through the features until you see the Signature feature and click to Save. * note that the Draw on Final Photo feature should be before the Save Final Photo Feature state in the workflow. Hi everyone,In this article, we will show you how easy it is to create and use custom thumbnails for your preset. There are 2 ways to do that - you can create a thumbnail in advance or you can use a photo that was taken during an event as a thumbnail.<h3 id="custom-thumbnail">Custom Thumbnail:</h3>In order to create a custom thumbnail from scratch you will need to use Photoshop (or any other software in which you can edit a photo).<ol><li style="font-size: 15px;">Design the image that will represent your preferred preset.</li><li style="font-size: 15px;">&#xA0;Create a new document in Photoshop (or any other editing software) and set the dimensions for your thumbnail</li><li style="font-size: 15px;">Save it as a JPG/JPEG/PNG file format.&#xA0;</li></ol> <h3 id="photo-from-event-as-thumbnail">Photo from Event as Thumbnail:</h3>A cool feature in which you can make a thumbnail by using the photo that was taken during oneof your sessions.&#xA0;To do this, simply select the event you prefer and then select the image you want to use as a&#xA0;thumbnail.At the bottom of the screen, you will see the option &#x201C;Set Session Assets as Preset Preview andThumbnail&quot;- once clicked it will take that photo and will turn her into the thumbnail. And that&apos;s it, as simple as that!
