Add Whitelabel Event Code System allowing subcontractors restricted access to a single event+license

This is a direct request in relation to how the Snappic white label event code system works, which we rely on heavily for dozens of events per year. However, we would like to expand our white label capabilities to also include Photomaster Cloud if this feature were to be added.
