V-Motion 180: Setup Checklist

Space Preparation

1. Confirm at least 3m × 3m of clear, open floor space with no obstructions in the arm's sweep arc.
2. Check ceiling clearance — the arm must clear 2.5m at its highest point of rotation.
3. Identify power outlet locations. The motor unit requires a dedicated power source.
4. Map the Wi-Fi signal strength in the exact booth location — video files are larger than photos.

Hardware Assembly

1. Position the base unit in the center of the clear area.
2. Secure the base according to the hardware guide — the V-Motion 180 should not shift during operation.
3. Attach the rotating arm to the base column and lock it at the correct position.
4. Connect all power cables.

Motor and Safety Check

1. The arm should respond to movement commands.
2. Run a manual sweep without a guest to confirm no obstructions are in the path.
3. Confirm the arm stops and reverses correctly at its endpoint.
4. Check that the emergency stop (if equipped) functions correctly.

Safety: Never allow guests on the platform until the arm sweep test is complete and passed. The rotating arm can cause injury if an obstruction is present.
