Mirror Air Booth: Setup Checklist

Before You Start

The Mirror Air Booth assembles faster than larger mirror models. Allow 30–40 minutes for first-time setup.

Space Preparation

  1. Choose a flat surface with at least 1.5m × 1.5m of clear space.
  2. Keep the guest-facing side away from direct window light or strong backlight.
  3. Identify the nearest power outlet and plan your cable route.

Hardware Assembly

  1. Remove the booth from its carry case or bag.
  2. Extend the base and lock it into position.
  3. Attach the LED Ring to the mounting point on the frame.
  4. Connect the LED Ring cable to the internal PC port.
  5. Connect the printer via USB if printing at the event.
  6. Plug in the main power cable and switch on.

Power-On and Pre-Software Checks

  1. Power on the printer first, then the booth.
  2. Wait for Windows to fully load.
  3. Confirm touch response, camera visibility, and network connection before opening FMX.
