Move Camera layer while others are locked

Hi George, Thanks for the suggestion, this makes complete sense. We’ve updated the layout editor so locked image, text, and overlay layers no longer block interaction with layers underneath them. You can now lock the layers above a Camera layer and then select and move the Camera without hiding or moving the overlay. Locked layers remain visible and can still be managed or unlocked from the Layers panel. We’ve noted your suggestion about automatically creating placeholders from transparent areas as a separate enhancement for future consideration. Thanks again for the helpful feedback!
