When I try to print the lenticular calibration sheet using a HiTi P525, FMX shows this error: “Printer 'HiTi P525' has no advertised mode with a 600-DPI Y interface axis and at least 300 DPI on the other axis. Advertised: [High, Medium, Low, Draft, 300×300].”
FMX V2.0.111 falls back to 300 dpi when 600 is not supported.

Hi Tristan, Thank you for reporting this. It appears to be an issue with letter-size paper handling in FMX for Windows. We’re investigating it and plan to address it in an upcoming release. We’ll share an update once the fix is available.
I previously reported that the German animations play incorrectly when using the Playback Ended trigger. Your team explained that these animations were originally designed to work with fixed time triggers (for example, Prints_DE_5800.mp4 with a 5.8-second trigger). While this workaround works for individual animations, it creates another problem when using Random Animations, because only one trigger time can be configured for all videos, even though the German animations have different durations.
Hi Muhammed, Thank you for reporting this. In FMX, you can set a separate time trigger for each animation when using Random Animations. To do this, turn off the toggle called “One trigger for all animations.” Once this option is disabled, each animation can use its own trigger time, similar to how it worked in the previous software. This should allow the German animation pack to play correctly without forcing all animations to use the same trigger duration.
Hi, I found a problem with the German animations. They don’t play correctly. Every animation is played more than once (about 1.5 times) before the next one starts. It looks like the animation repeats instead of playing only once. Could you please check and fix this? Thank you! One example is Prints_DE_5800.mp4, but I believe this issue affects all German animation files, not just this one.
Hi Muhammed, Thank you for reporting this. We reviewed the German animation timing. In the old software, these animations were longer and were controlled by the animation trigger time. For example, Prints_DE_5800.mp4 should be configured with a 5.8 second time trigger. Please configure the time trigger for the German animations the same way it was set in the old software. (Using the Time Trigger instead of the new Playback Ended). This should prevent the animation from restarting.
When editing a preset in FMX cloud and loading a new item from My Assets I can not click the Root folder. I am stuck inside Animations. I have the assets folder laid out as I need it, and I need to go to Root to find things. This used to work.
Thanks for reporting this. We recently improved how My Assets opens. Each popup now opens directly in the relevant asset folder. For example, animation editors open in Root > Animations, and layout overlay editors open in Root > Layouts. The Root folder is intended to act as the top level container, while the actual assets should be organized inside the relevant folders or subfolders. To avoid confusion, we removed the visible Root option from this flow. This should make asset selection clearer and prevent it from looking like the Root button is not working
