Photo Mosaic Wall: Setup Checklist
Planning Before the Event
- Prepare the target mosaic image: it should be high resolution (minimum 3000px wide) and provided in advance by the client or designer. Confirm the aspect ratio matches your display.
- Decide on the number of tiles in the mosaic. More tiles = more individual photos needed to complete it. Estimate based on expected guest count.
- Confirm the display screen is positioned where all event guests can see it.
Hardware Setup
- Set up the stand according to the guide
- Position the display screen at eye level or above, visible from as much of the event space as possible.
- Connect the display to the PMWall PC via HDMI.
Software Configuration
- Open Photo Mosaic Wall and create a new mosaic project. Import the target image.
- Set the number of tiles and tile size to match your expected photo count and display resolution.
- If using the Cloud to feed photos to the mosaic, connect to the Foto Master Cloud event.
- Run a test with 5–10 photos to confirm tiles are appearing correctly.
