All software downloads are available directly from your Foto Master Cloud account. Go to the Licenses tab, click the software name, and download the latest version from there. Always update before events.

Close and reopen FMX — most freezes clear in under 30 seconds. Your event data saves automatically and resumes after restart.

Check your internet connection, then verify FMX is signed in with the correct account and that cloud sync is enabled in your event settings.

First confirm that sharing is enabled in your event settings and that the correct sending method is selected. For SMS, check that your phone number is verified. For email, check that the template is active and the sending domain is configured in your Cloud account.

Log out of the software on your current device — this releases the license. You can then sign in with the same Foto Master Cloud account on the new device. To check which devices are currently activated, go to your Foto Master Cloud dashboard and open the Licenses tab.

FMX for Windows supports all hardware including mirror booths and DSLR cameras. FMX for iPad is optimized for compact iPad-based setups. Both sync fully with Foto Master Cloud.
