DMBot: Running Multiple Bots at One Event
Why Run Multiple Bots?
Running two or more bots in parallel can dramatically increase throughput and reduce wait times.
Hardware Requirements
- One DexArm unit per bot
- One iPad running FMX per bot
- Separate power source per bot
- At least 1.5m between bot stations
Cloud Setup
- Create one Cloud event for the whole activation.
- Connect each iPad to the same event — all bots draw from the same guest queue.
- The queue is shared: when Bot 1 finishes, it picks the next guest automatically. Bot 2 operates independently.
Staffing
Plan for one operator per two bots. They monitor the queue, swap paper, and handle calibration adjustments. Do not run more than three bots per operator.
