FMPrint Statuses Explained
FMPrint statuses help you understand exactly where a print job is in the process, from waiting in line to successfully
reaching the printer.
Active / In Progress
Queued
FMPrint has received the request but has not started processing it yet.

Pending Upload
FMPrint is aware of the job, but the photo file is still uploading from the booth or kiosk.
No action is needed. The print job will continue automatically once the upload is complete.
Printing
The photo has finished uploading and downloading successfully, and FMPrint has already sent the job to the printer.

Completed
Printed
FMPrint successfully sent the print command to the printer.
Important: This status only confirms that the printer received the command. It does not guarantee that the paper physically printed successfully.
If the printer is jammed, out of paper, disconnected, or has another hardware issue, the operator should inspect the printer directly.

Failed
Failed
FMPrint attempted to process the print job but could not complete it.
The most common causes are:
The photo could not be downloaded after multiple retry attempts
Usually caused by a weak or unstable internet connection
Or because the photo upload from the booth/kiosk never completed (due to issues such as not being selected to upload, getting disconnected, photo not being saved)
The printer command failed
The printer may be offline or disconnected
No printer may be configured in FMPrint
How to Resolve
Use the Retry button on the job card to attempt the print again.
Before retrying, it is recommended to check:
The internet connection
The printer connection and status
That the correct printer is configured
