FMShare for iPad: Overview

FMShare turns an iPad into a live sharing station for your event. It shows a continuously updating gallery of the event's photos, videos, and GIFs, and lets guests send items to themselves by Email, SMS, QR code, or AirDrop. You can also print photos with FMPrint or AirPrint.

FMShare is designed for events where guests should be able to browse recent media quickly, choose a favorite, and share it in just a few taps.

FMShare keeps the experience focused on the event itself, so guests can start sharing right away without extra setup on the iPad.

FMShare shows a gallery of the current event's media in a polished, full-screen

view. You can choose between different layouts and visual styles for the event,

so the gallery matches the look and feel you want.

Guests can share media using the methods you enable for the event:

FMShare supports photo printing for events that use print workflows.

Each event can have its own gallery look, branding, and sharing options. That means you can use different styles for different events without changing the iPad setup every time.

If you run multiple events, you can switch between them from the dashboard. Once an event is selected, FMShare uses that event's saved settings.

If the network is temporarily unavailable, FMShare keeps the app usable so the event can continue running. Any new activity resumes once the connection is restored.
