Photo Mosaic Wall + Selfie Wi-Fi

Updated Today · 2 min read

Selfie Wi-Fi lets guests upload photos directly from their own smartphones — no dedicated capture booth required. Those photos sync automatically to Foto Master Cloud, where Photo Mosaic Wall V5 picks them up and builds a live, collaborative mosaic on screen. This lets you run a full mosaic activation with minimal hardware.

What You Need

  • An active Photo Mosaic Wall V5 license

  • An active Selfie Wi-Fi V2 license

  • A Foto Master Cloud account with an Online Gallery created for your event

How It Works

  1. Guests scan a QR code or visit a short link from their own phone
  2. They take a selfie or upload a photo from their camera roll
  3. The photo is uploaded to your event's Foto Master Cloud Online Gallery
  4. Photo Mosaic Wall V5 fetches new images from the gallery automatically
  5. The mosaic builds live on screen.

Setup Steps

  1. In Foto Master Cloud, create a new Online Gallery for your event
  2. In Selfie Wi-Fi, create or open a template and link it to that gallery
  3. Customize the landing page with your event branding (logo, colors, background)
  4. In Photo Mosaic Wall V5, on the clset the photo source to fetch raw photos from a specific Foto Master Cloud Online Gallery
  5. Share the Selfie Wi-Fi QR code or link with guests — via screen, printed signage, or table cards
  6. Run a test: submit a photo from a phone and confirm it appears on the mosaic

💡Tip: Enable photo moderation in Selfie Wi-Fi V2 before the event starts. This lets you review and approve uploaded photos from any device through Foto Master Cloud before they appear on the main display.

Running Photo Mosaic Wall Alongside Other Sources

Selfie Wi-Fi is not the only way to feed photos into the Photo Mosaic Wall. FMX for Windows, FMX for iPad, and Selfie Wi-Fi can all upload to the same Online Gallery simultaneously. Photo Mosaic Wall pulls from the gallery regardless of which source submitted each photo.
