Photo Mosaic Wall + FMX for iPad

FMX for iPad feeds photos into Photo Mosaic Wall the same way Selfie Wi-Fi and FMX for Windows do. This setup is ideal when you have an iPad booth running alongside the mosaic — all connected to the same Cloud event.

What You Need

  • An iPad with FMX for iPad installed and an active license

  • An active Photo Mosaic Wall V5 license

  • A Foto Master Cloud account with an Online Gallery created for your event

How It Works

  1. A guest takes a photo on FMX for iPad

  2. The photo automatically uploads to your event's Foto Master Cloud Online Gallery

  3. Photo Mosaic Wall V5 fetches the new image from the gallery

  4. The mosaic updates live on screen

Workflow Setup in Cloud

  1. In Foto Master Cloud, create or open your event

  2. Select the license you'll be using for this activation

  3. Choose the Workflow that matches your event

  4. Choose the Layout that matches your event

  5. Click Save to apply the workflow and layout to your event

On FMX for iPad

  1. Open FMX for iPad and sign in with your Cloud credentials

  2. Select your event from the list and tap Sync

  3. Tap Play to launch the booth

On Photo Mosaic Wall V5

  1. Open Photo Mosaic Wall V5

  2. Go to the Cloud AI tab and sign in with your Cloud credentials

  3. Enable Sync Gallery Settings, select your event, and toggle on Sync Raw Photos or Sync Final Photos as needed

  4. Click Save and begin the activation

💡 Tip: Once both apps are set up, take a test photo from FMX for iPad, wait a moment, and confirm it appears on the Photo Mosaic Wall before going live.
