Drawing Management Screen
The Drawing Management screen shows the drawings for the selected Draw Me Bot event. Use it to monitor the queue, review drawing status, and keep the next guest jobs moving during an event.
What the Screen Shows
The drawing list can show:
- Pending drawings
- Drawings currently processing
- Completed drawings
- Drawings with errors
- Drawing name or guest reference
- Creation time
- Current status
The current app sorts the queue by Up Next, Date, Name, or Status.
Recommended Event View
During a live event, use Up Next sorting. This keeps active and pending work near the top so staff can see what the robot should draw next.
Use Status sorting when troubleshooting because it groups failed or pending jobs together.
Typical Workflow
- Select the correct event.
- Confirm at least one robot is connected.
- Mark the robot as available when ready.
- Watch for new drawings entering the queue.
- Confirm jobs move from pending to processing and then complete.
- Address errors before the queue backs up.
If the queue is empty, confirm the selected event and photo source.
Queue Problems
No drawings appear
- Confirm the event is selected.
- Confirm online/offline mode matches your setup.
- Confirm that the FMX on iPad, Selfie Wi-Fi, or Cloud media monitoring is sending media to the same event.
- Check internet connectivity for Cloud workflows.
Jobs stay pending
- Confirm a robot is connected.
- Confirm the robot is marked available.
- Check calibration or hardware errors.
- Review logs if diagnostics are enabled.
Jobs fail
- Open the failed job details if available.
- Check the source image.
- Confirm the robot is connected and homed.
- Retry only after the cause is fixed.
