Global Settings: AboutUpdated 3 hours ago

The About section provides essential information about your FMX app, including the installed version, build details, and license status. This section is primarily used to verify your current setup, manage your license, and quickly share accurate system information with the support team when needed.

What You’ll See In the About tab:

  • Release Version – Displays the currently installed FMX version (e.g., 1.x.x). 
  • Build Version – Indicates the exact build of the software you are running. 
  • Knowledge Base – Link to the official support site: https://www.fotomaster.com 
  • Support Email – Contact email for assistance: [email protected] 
  • Device ID – A unique identifier used for activation and troubleshooting. 
  • User Email – The email address currently signed in to the Foto Master Cloud. 
  • User License – Information related to your license and activation status. 

Common Actions

  • Verify Your Version
    Navigate to Global Settings → About to check your FMX version and build number. This is often required when reporting issues or confirming compatibility. 
  • Change License / Switch Account
    Scroll to the bottom of Global Settings and select Logout. You can then sign in with a different account or license. 
  • Provide Information to Support
    Take a screenshot of the About tab and share it with the support team. This helps them quickly identify your setup and provide accurate assistance. 

Field Explanations

  • FMX Version
    The primary version number of the software. This is the first detail you should provide when contacting support. 
  • Build Number / Date
    Specifies the exact build version and release date. This helps determine whether known issues or fixes apply to your system. 
  • License / Device ID
    Unique identifiers used for license validation, activation, and support tracking. 

Troubleshooting

  • Unable to Log Out
    Check your internet connection and try again. If the issue continues, wait a few minutes and retry, or reach out to support. 
  • Support requested “system info” or “logs”
    Take a screenshot of the About tab (System Info) and provide it to the support team as requested.
