Selfie Wi-Fi Reports and Guest Data

Updated Today · 1 min readIntermediate

Selfie Wi-Fi reports show how your event performed, and the Guest details tools let you manage the information you collected. Use each view for its intended purpose.

Activity Stages

The event report counts these stages over a date range set in UTC:

  • Page visits.
  • Sessions started.
  • Forms completed.
  • Payment completed.
  • Photos submitted.
  • Results viewed.

These are activity counts, not unique people or a conversion rate. Preview activity is not included.

Note: A guest can start before midnight UTC and finish the next day, so their steps can fall on different dates. “Results viewed” means the approved image or video loaded in the browser, not that someone looked at it.

Revenue Totals

Amount: The actual amount paid, kept separate by provider and currency.
Shopify tax: Can be included in the gross amount.
Currencies: Not converted.
Refunds: Not synced and not subtracted.
Vouchers: Can complete the Payment step but add no cash revenue.

Use the payment list for individual paid but undelivered cases, and your provider dashboard for financial follow up.

Contacts and Exports

  1. Open your event.
  2. Open Guest details.
  3. Complete the Data Controller confirmation to reveal contact details.
  4. Search for a guest by email or phone, or export the retained guest data.

Respond to a Deletion Request

  1. Find the correct guest in Guest details.
  2. Use the erase action for that guest.

Erasing a guest hides their answers and ends their session access right away. Their media and any queued work are cleaned up shortly after. Payment records can remain, but without the guest’s contact or session link.

Note: Erasing data in Foto Master Cloud does not remove CSV files you downloaded earlier or records in Stripe or Shopify, and it does not refund a payment.
