If you are experiencing issues with wrong/faded colors while using DNP printers, an official ICC color profile is available for download.
- Download DNP ICC profiles here and unzip the folder.
- Right-click the DNP Printer and click Install profile.
- Go to Devices and Printers → right-click on the specific printer → Printer Properties.
- Go to the Color Management tab and click on the Color Management button.
- In the new tab, click the correct printer from the drop-down list.
- Check the checkbox that says "Use my settings for this device".
- Click the Add button and choose IMSA_RX1_2014-02-28_BL (ushi) from the list.
- Once you add that, click on the old color driver and click Remove.
- Click Close and Apply.
If the above color profile selection does not give you the desired results, try the other profiles available in the drop-down menu.
