Asset Types and Requirements

Workflow Animations

Supported Formats: GIF, MP4, MOV, APNG

Resolution Requirements:

• Transparent files: any size (minimum recommended 563x1000)
• Non-transparent files: according to screen resolution

Location: Assets > Animations > Category folder > Your animation file

Note: APNG files are a bit heavy and videos are recommended. Files transferred via AirDrop on Mac may become damaged; email transfer is preferred.

Photo Overlay

Supported Format: PNG

Resolution Requirements:

• Landscape: 1844x1229
• Portrait: 1229x1844

Location: Assets > Overlays > Category folder > Your overlay file

Photo Background

Supported Formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG

Resolution Requirements:

• Landscape: 1844x1229
• Portrait: 1229x1844

Location: Assets > Backgrounds > Your background file

Multi Presets Background

Supported Formats: JPG, MP4, MOV

Resolution: According to your iPad resolution

Location: Assets > Multi_Presets_Backgrounds [11/12.9] > Your background file

Preset Thumbnail

Supported Formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG

Resolution Requirements:

• Portrait: 339x505
• Landscape: 505x339
• Square (1:1): 705x705

Location: Assets > Thumbnails > Your thumbnail file
