Twilio A2P Registration

Legacy Article: This article covers the legacy FMBooth (Windows + iPadOS) software. FMBooth (Windows + iPadOS) has been replaced by FMX. See FMX documentation →

Overview

A2P stands for "application to person," representing a US regulatory requirement that any text message sent through a digital application or service like Twilio must be associated with three registered components: a legal entity (brand), a messaging campaign, and a phone number used as the sender.

To begin, access your Twilio account and navigate to: Twilio Console > Develop > Messaging > Regulatory Compliance > Brands > Register Brand.
