AI Draw Me Generation Is Stuck or Not Returning a Result

Updated 2 weeks ago · 1 min read

Overview

If AI image generation appears stuck, is taking too long, or is not returning a result, this is likely caused by a content violation. When a prompt requests copyrighted material such as a licensed character, recognizable public figure, or protected intellectual property the AI model blocks the request, which can cause the generation to stall rather than return an error message.

Why This Happens

Not all AI models handle copyright restrictions the same way. Some models are stricter than others:

  • Da Vinci is less flexible with copyright-sensitive requests. If a prompt asks the model to draw someone as a specific person or likeness, Da Vinci may interpret this as a request for copyrighted or protected content and refuse to generate the image.
  • Michelangelo is more flexible and is more likely to attempt generating images that reference real people or recognizable figures, though the generation may still be blocked depending on how the prompt is written.

When a violation occurs, the generation stalls and the event is logged in the Activity Log as Error (Content Violation).

How to Confirm a Content Violation

  1. Go to your Foto Master Cloud account and head to Dashboard
  2. Scroll down to the Activity Log section.
  3. Look for any entries marked as Error (Content Violation).

Resolving the Issue

Revise the prompt to remove references to specific people, characters, or copyrighted material. If the issue persists, consider switching to a different AI model to see if the prompt is compatible.
