AI Photos Missing from Gallery

Updated 4 days ago · 1 min read

If the booth showed AI results but some photos are missing from the Cloud gallery, start with the Media Sync queue. Current FMX uses queued upload behavior, startup requeue, authentication backoff, and Queue Management retry actions.

Quick Checks

  • Confirm the booth was signed in to Foto Master Cloud.
  • Confirm the correct event was active.
  • Confirm the relevant sync toggles (Sync Final Photo, Sync Raw Photo, Sync Final Video, Sync Raw Video, Sync Final GIF) are enabled under Global Settings > Cloud.
  • Confirm the booth had internet during or after the session.
  • Confirm the files still exist locally on the booth.

Use Queue Management

  1. Open FMX Queue Management.
  2. Open the Media queue/filter.
  3. Look for Failed or Pending uploads.
  4. If authentication failed, sign back in to your Foto Master Cloud account (use Logout in Global Settings, then sign in again on the FMX sign-in screen). Queued media resumes automatically after sign-in.
  5. Use the retry action for failed media items.
  6. Restart FMX if needed; startup requeue should pick up eligible media again.

Common Causes

CauseWhat to do
Booth went offlineRestore internet and retry the Media queue.
Cloud auth expiredSign in again, then retry queued media.
Wrong event activeCheck the other events from that date.
Local files missingRecover from the booth storage backup if available.
Upload repeatedly failsSave logs and contact Foto Master support with event name, date, and affected sessions.

Manual Recovery

If queue retry does not recover the files, locate the local event media on the booth and upload the missing files to the correct Cloud gallery where the Cloud UI allows manual upload.
