How to Enable Logs and Report Issues
If you encounter unusual behavior or an edge case that does not work as intended in the FMX app, you can report it to Foto Master. This guide explains how to enable diagnostic logging and send the required files to our support team so R&D can investigate quickly.
Step 1: Enable Logs
- Log in to FMX
- Go to Global Settings → Advanced
- Enable “Save Error Logs to Event Folder”
Step 2: Replicate the Issue
- Run the photo booth session normally
- Perform the exact steps that trigger the issue
- Note what actions led to the problem (if possible)
Step 3: Collect the Log File
- After reproducing the issue, close FMX
- Open the FMX/Events/{Selected Event}/Logs
- Locate the .log file
Step 4: Collect Event Configuration Files (Recommended)
Navigate to:
FMX/Events/{Selected Event}/Logs
Collect the file.
Step 5: Send Everything to Support
-
Email support@fotomaster.com
-
In the email, include:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Steps to reproduce (if known)
-
Attach:
