Use these quick checks when Fortuna AI is not ready for guests.

The Booth Does Not Power On

Check the wall outlet, power strip, power cable, and any internal power switch. If the booth uses a computer or iPad, confirm that the device is charged or connected to power.

The Camera or Device Is Not Detected

Disconnect and reconnect the USB cable or device mount, restart the booth software, and confirm the camera or iPad appears in the relevant device settings.

Check internet connection, Cloud login, selected event, and sync status. Run one new test capture after reconnecting.

The Guest Screen Looks Wrong

Confirm the selected preset, display orientation, screen resolution, and external monitor settings. Re-sync the event if the layout was edited in Cloud.

When to Contact Support

Contact support when the same issue repeats after restart, cable checks, and a successful internet test. Include the booth model, event name, software version, and a photo or screenshot of the issue.
