Troubleshooting 5×3.5 Trading Card Printing in AirCastPro
Applies to: FMX iPadOS, FMShare
AirCastPro does not print 5×3.5 trading cards as a final size directly. Instead, it prints two 5×3.5 cards on a 5×7 layout, and AirCast performs the cut automatically.
What to do
- Open AirCastPro.
- Confirm the printer is added and configured as 5×3.5-2.
- Create a new layout at 5×7.
- Place your 5×3.5 trading card design in the top half of the page.
- Add the same design again in the bottom half of the page.
- Print the layout.
- AirCast will automatically cut the 5×7 print into two identical 5×3.5 trading cards.
Important
If you try to print 5×3.5 directly, the card may print incorrectly. The 5×7 workaround is required for this format.
Result
You’ll get two properly sized 5×3.5 trading cards from one print.
