Branding Your Online Galleries
Your online gallery is one of the most visible touchpoints between your business and your clients' guests. With Foto Master Cloud's branding tools, you can customize every visual aspect of the gallery to match your company identity -- or your client's brand for a truly white-label experience.
Adding Your Logo
Upload your company logo to appear on gallery pages:
- Navigate to Event> Gallery
- Click Upload Logo in the logo section.
- Select your logo file from your computer.
- Adjust the logo size and position if options are available.
- Save your changes.
Logo Best Practices
- Format -- Use PNG with a transparent background for the cleanest look. JPG and SVG are also supported.
- Size -- Upload a high-resolution logo (at least 300px wide) so it displays crisply on all devices, including high-DPI screens.
- Aspect ratio -- Horizontal (landscape) logos work best in most gallery layouts. Very tall logos may need extra spacing adjustments.
Tip: For client events, upload the client's logo instead of your own. This creates a fully branded experience that clients love -- and it's a premium service you can charge for.
Custom Color Scheme
Adjust the gallery colors to match your branding:
- Go to Gallery
- Set the following color values:
- Background Color -- The main background of the gallery page.
- Text Color -- Used for headings and body text.
- Preview the changes in real time.
- Save when satisfied.
You can enter colors as hex values (e.g., #FF5500), RGB values, or use the color picker.
Tip: If you're branding for a client, ask for their brand guidelines or brand kit. Most companies have specific hex color codes for their brand colors that you can enter directly.
Custom Background Images
Replace the default gallery background with a custom image:
- Go to Gallery > Upload Background Image.
- Choose between a solid color and a background image.
- If using an image, click Upload and select your file.
- Adjust display settings:
- Fill -- The image stretches to cover the entire background.
- Tile -- The image repeats in a pattern.
- Center -- The image is centered with the background color filling the remaining space.
- Save your changes.
For best results, use a subtle background that doesn't compete with the photos. Dark backgrounds with light text or light backgrounds with dark text both work well.
Removing Foto Master Branding
Depending on your plan, you can remove or minimize the default Foto Master branding from your galleries:
- Basic Plan -- Standard Foto Master branding appears on galleries. Your own logo and colors are applied alongside it.
- Pro Plan -- Full white-label capability. You can remove all Foto Master references from your galleries, emails, and shared links. See Complete White Label Setup for details.
Preview and Test
Always preview your branding changes before going live:
- After making changes in the branding settings, click Preview.
- A preview of the gallery opens, showing your branding applied.
- Test on different devices:
- Desktop -- Verify the layout, logo placement, and colors look correct on a large screen.
- Tablet -- Check that the gallery is readable and properly formatted on a mid-size screen.
- Mobile -- Ensure the gallery is usable and visually appealing on a phone, since most guests will access it from mobile devices.
- Upload a few test photos to see how your branding works with actual content.
- Make adjustments as needed and preview again.
Tip: Have a colleague or friend visit the preview gallery on their own device. Fresh eyes often catch design issues that you might overlook after spending time in the editor.
