Uploading Media or Photos to a Cloud Event

Foto Master Cloud allows you to store and manage photos and videos captured during your events. Each event includes its own dedicated gallery where users can view uploaded media.

In some cases, you may want to manually upload additional photos or videos to an event gallery. This guide will walk you through the process.


Before You Begin

Make sure you have:

  • Access to your Foto Master Cloud account

  • The photos or videos are ready on your device

  • Permission to access the event you want to edit


Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Log In to Your Cloud Account

Go to the Foto Master Cloud website:

Enter your Foto Master Cloud login credentials and sign in to your account.


Step 2: Open the Events tab

After logging in, navigate to the Events tab.

This section contains all of your available cloud events.


Step 3: Select the Event

  1. Open the appropriate event folder.

  2. Select the specific event where you want to upload media.


Inside the selected event, go to the Gallery tab.

This is where all photos and videos associated with the event are stored and displayed.


Step 5: Upload Media

Scroll to the bottom section of the Gallery page.

You will find the Upload Media option.

  1. Click Upload Media

  2. Select the photos or videos you want to upload

  3. Wait for the upload process to complete

Once uploaded, the media will automatically appear in the event gallery.


Supported Media

You can manually upload:

  • Photos

  • Videos

⚠️ Make sure the file formats you upload are supported by the Foto Master Cloud platform.


Important Notes

  • Upload times may vary depending on the file size and internet connection speed.

  • Large video files may take longer to process and appear in the gallery.

  • Uploaded media will become visible in the selected event gallery once processing is completed.
