Creating Your Foto Master Cloud Account

Updated 2 weeks ago · 2 min read

Your Foto Master Cloud account is the company-level account used to manage Cloud plans, licensed software, devices, events, storage, AI Credits, and connected services.

Step 1: Open Foto Master Cloud

Go to cloud.fotomaster.com and select Sign Up.

Step 2: Create the Company Account

Provide the requested account information, which may include:

  • Email address for login and account notices
  • A strong password
  • Company or brand name
  • Country or region for billing and localization

Follow any email-verification instructions. Account administrators are responsible for credentials, authorized users, connected devices, billing information, and activity under the account.

Step 3: Choose the Applicable Plan

Select the current Cloud plan that matches the company's required galleries, sharing, storage, management, branding, and AI usage. Current prices, billing intervals, features, and allowances are displayed during signup and in the account.

See Choosing Your Cloud Plan before confirming a plan.

Cloud, software, Support, or hosted services are included with a hardware package only if the order expressly lists them and only for the stated period. Use any package activation instructions supplied with the order.

Step 4: Complete the Company Profile

Configure the available company settings, such as:

  • Logo and gallery branding
  • Customer-facing contact information
  • Social links
  • Default gallery or communication settings

The company is responsible for ensuring that contact information, event notices, consent language, and guest communications are lawful and accurate.

Step 5: Connect Properly Licensed Software

Current Foto Master software normally connects by signing in with the Cloud account associated with the license.

  • A Cloud plan is purchased at the company or brand-account level.
  • Each current paid software installation generally requires its own device license.
  • One Cloud plan can connect multiple properly licensed devices; it does not create unlimited software licenses.
  • Eligible legacy FMX or PMWall devices may have product-specific upgrade rights after their original entitlement is verified.
  • Legacy lifetime software may continue to use its original activation key and local workflow under the original terms.

See Licensing: Legacy Lifetime vs. Current Subscription for the complete rules.

Dashboard Areas

The features available depend on the active plan and licenses. Common areas include:

  • Events and Galleries for event and guest-media management
  • Presets, Workflows, and Layouts for experience configuration
  • AI and Credits for AI features, balances, and usage
  • Devices and Licenses for connected software and entitlements
  • Queue and Sharing for delivery and troubleshooting
  • Billing and Settings for plans, payment methods, users, and company details

Before Your First Event

  • Confirm that every device has the required license.
  • Confirm that the Cloud plan and any hosted add-ons are active.
  • Review storage and AI Credit balances.
  • Verify the event's privacy notice, consent workflow, and sharing settings.
  • Test the complete workflow before guests arrive.
