Social Media Sharing

Social sharing lets guests post their photos directly from the online gallery to their social networks. When enabled, sharing buttons appear on each photo in the guest gallery.

Enabling Social Buttons

Social sharing is configured per event in Foto Master Cloud → Events → [Your Event] → Gallery tab.

  1. Open your event in Foto Master Cloud.
  2. Go to the Gallery tab.
  3. Toggle Social Buttons on.
  4. Select the platforms you want to offer guests.
  5. Click Save Changes.

Available Platforms

The following platforms can be individually enabled or disabled. The ones checked by default are highlighted below.

Tip: Enable only the platforms your guests actually use. Fewer, more relevant buttons lead to higher share rates than a long list of options.

How Guests Share

  1. The guest opens the online gallery via QR code, email link, or SMS link.
  2. They view their photo and tap the sharing button for their preferred platform.
  3. They're redirected to that platform (or app) with the photo ready to post.
