How To Use Your Own Number To Text From Cloud

Cloud SMS can use a Foto Master number by default. Pro accounts can also purchase and configure their own sending number for branded SMS delivery.

Requirements

• Pro Cloud plan
• Access to Cloud account settings
• Required local registration documents for the country or region of the number
• Time for carrier or campaign verification

Buy A Number

1. Sign in to Foto Master Cloud.
2. Open Settings.
3. In General, find the Buy Numbers section.
4. Select the country and state or region, if required.
5. Review the one-time fee and monthly price.
6. Select the number and click Claim.
7. Confirm the purchase.

Purchased numbers appear under My Numbers in Cloud settings.

Complete Registration

Some countries require business or campaign verification before the number can send messages.

For the United States and Canada, expect 10DLC campaign registration. Verification can take several days. Other countries may request identity or business documents within a short time after purchase.

Open the number in My Numbers and complete any required document or campaign steps shown there.

Use The Number In An Event

1. Open the Cloud event.
2. Go to the event's SMS settings.
3. Enable SMS.
4. Set the phone-number type to your purchased number.
5. Save the event.
6. Sync FMX before testing.

Troubleshooting

• If the number is not visible, confirm the account is on Pro.
• If messages fail, check whether verification is still pending.
• If the event still uses the Foto Master number, reselect the purchased number in the event SMS settings and save again.
