Managing Your Event List
Managing Your Event List
If you created an event with settings you would like to reuse, you can duplicate it instead of starting from scratch. This is useful when you want to keep the same gallery settings, preset, workflow, sharing options, or other event configuration.
Over time, your Cloud event list may also become long and harder to manage. You can delete events you no longer need, but keep in mind that deleting an event permanently removes its related content.
Duplicating an Event
Duplicating an event creates a new event with the same settings, preset, and configuration, without copying the photos. This is useful for recurring events, repeat clients, or similar setups.
- On the event card, click ⋮ → Duplicate.
- A new event is created with "(Copy)" in the name. Rename it and update the date.
- Adjust any settings that differ from the original.
Deleting an Event
Warning: Deleting an event permanently removes all photos, sharing data, and gallery content associated with it. This cannot be undone. Export any photos or data you need before deleting.
- On the event card, click ⋮ → Delete.
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog.
Quick link to Gallery
You can quickly open or share the gallery link directly from the event card, without opening the event first.
- On the event card, click ⋮ → Copy Link to Gallery.
- Click Copy Link to Gallery.
- Open a new browser tab and paste the link, or share it with the relevant person.
