Using the "Load Preset" Option

Load Preset lets you start an event from a ready-to-use Foto Master preset. A preset usually includes a workflow and matching layout, and may also include video output settings.

Use this option when you want a tested starting point instead of building every workflow and layout from scratch.

Load A Preset

1. Sign in to cloud.fotomaster.com.
2. Open Events and select the event.
3. Select the software license assigned to the booth.
4. Click Load Preset.
5. Choose the preset you want.
6. Save the event.
7. Open the booth and sync FMX.

After sync, the event uses the selected workflow and layout.

Customize After Loading

Loaded presets are starting points. You can still customize the workflow, layout, video output, overlays, text, sharing settings, and branding.

If you are experimenting, duplicate the event or work in a test event first so the production version stays clean.

Workflow Changes

Open the workflow editor and use Load Template if you want to start from a different workflow template. After editing, assign the updated workflow to the event and save.

Layout Changes

Open the layout editor and use Load Template if you want to start from a different layout. After editing, assign the updated layout to the event and save.
