How To Use the White Label Option [TO REVIEW]
White Label lets Pro Cloud accounts customize gallery links and guest-facing sharing so the experience uses your brand instead of a generic Foto Master URL address.
Requirements
- Pro Cloud plan
- A domain or subdomain you control
- Access to your domain DNS settings
Add Your Domain
- Sign in to cloud.fotomaster.com.
- Open Settings > White Label.
- Click New Domain.
- Enter the domain or subdomain without
wwwunless support specifically tells you to use it. - Click Add.
The domain will appear with a pending status until DNS verification is complete.
Verify DNS
- Click Verify for the pending domain.
- Copy the DNS records shown in Cloud.
- Add the records in your domain provider's DNS panel.
- Use the lowest TTL available if your provider asks for one.
- Return to Cloud and click Verify again.
DNS changes can take time to propagate. If verification fails immediately, wait and try again before changing the record values.
Use White Label On Events
After verification, assign the white-label domain to the relevant Cloud event or gallery settings. Then test the gallery link, email, SMS, QR code, and sharing flow.
Troubleshooting
- Do not add extra
wwwunless the Cloud record specifically asks for it. - Make sure each DNS value is copied exactly.
- Some providers require a trailing dot at the end of CNAME values.
- If verification keeps failing, send support a screenshot of your DNS records and the Cloud verification screen.
