How to Pay for Your Cloud Account with PayPal
PayPal is now available as a payment method for your Cloud account subscription, in addition to credit card. There are two ways to use it: selecting it during checkout for a new subscription, or switching your payment method on an existing subscription.
New Subscriptions
- Go to sign up for or upgrade your Cloud account plan as you normally would within Billing.
- On the checkout screen, select PayPal as your payment method {next to the existing Credit Card option}.
- You will be redirected to PayPal to log in and confirm the payment.
- Once confirmed, you will be returned to the Cloud account dashboard and your subscription will be active.
Switching an Existing Subscription to PayPal
- Log in to your Cloud account and go to Account > Billing {or wherever payment method settings are located}.
- Select Add Payment Method.
- Choose PayPal from the available options.
- Log in to your PayPal account when prompted and confirm the connection.
Note: Your next billing cycle will be charged to PayPal automatically. There is no interruption to your current subscription during the switch.
And you're good to go!
