Other-Language Animations in FM Link
Foto Master's ready-made animations — touch-to-start screens, countdowns, instructions, and transitions — are now available in additional languages directly inside FM Link. If your event is running in German, Portuguese, Chinese, Hebrew, or another supported language, you can drop in matching animations without creating or translating anything yourself.
Where to Find Them
Other-language animations live in the Select Animation dialog, under the FM Link tab:
- Open your preset in the Workflow Builder and select the Animation step you want to set.
- Click the step's Gear icon ⚙️ and choose Select an Animation.
- Open the FM Link tab (selected by default).
- Switch the toggle from Animations to Other Languages.
- Open the folder for the language you need.
- Select the animation you want and apply it to the step.
The animation is added to your workflow just like any standard FM Link asset. Save and sync to the booth to see it live.
Available Languages
Other Languages currently includes:
- Chinese
- Czech
- Dutch
- French
- German
- Hebrew
- Hungarian
- Italian
- Portuguese
- Romanian
- Russian
- Serbian
- Spanish
- Swedish
The number of animations varies by language — some folders are fully stocked, others have a smaller starting set. Open the folder to see what is available for your language.
Combine with Workflow UI Translations
Other-language animations cover the pre-built visual screens. To translate the button and interface text across the rest of the workflow, use Translations (Workflow UI). Together they let you localize the full guest experience.
Missing a Language or Animation?
If a language you need isn't listed, or a folder is missing an animation you're looking for, let us know and we'll look at adding it. Reach out to the Foto Master support team with the language and the type of animation you need.
