FMX Keyboard ShortcutsUpdated 19 days ago

This article lists all available keyboard shortcuts in FMX and explains when each one works. Shortcuts are context-aware, meaning some only apply during an active workflow while others work anywhere in the app.

These shortcuts work during the execution of the workflow unless noted otherwise.

• CTRL+O — Toggle between Workflow and Settings.
  • If you’re in Settings, it returns to Workflow.
  • If you’re in Workflow, it opens Settings.

• ESC — Context-aware behavior:
  • Press once: exits fullscreen mode (if fullscreen is active).
  • Press again immediately after exiting fullscreen: opens the Settings screen.
  • ESC never stops or interrupts the workflow.

• CTRL+F — Toggle fullscreen mode.

• CTRL+M — Show or hide the mouse cursor.

• CTRL+G — Toggle the Offline Gallery overlay.

• CTRL+X — Toggle the Booth Closed overlay.

• CTRL+T — Advance to the next workflow step.

• CTRL+R — Restart the workflow.

• CTRL+Y — Retake photo (Preview screen only).

• CTRL+P — Print the last Final Photo (1 copy).
