The Offline Gallery is a full-screen interface that displays all media created during your event, including final photos, videos, and GIFs.

From this screen, you can preview, share (via Email or SMS), and print photos directly, without needing to restart the experience.

Why Is It Useful?

• Ideal for staff-assisted sharing: Guests can easily select their favorite media and resend it instantly. 

• Works offline: Uses locally stored files and can queue Email/SMS for later sending (once internet connection is established). 

• Streamlined workflow: Allows sharing or printing from a single screen, with no need to restart the session. 

How to Open the Offline Gallery

• Top-right long press: Press and hold the top-right corner of the screen for approximately 3 seconds to open the gallery. 

Note: To close the Offline Gallery and return to the main dashboard, press and hold the top-right corner again for about 3 seconds.

How to Use the Offline Gallery

1. Browse media: Scroll through the gallery to find the desired item (newest items appear first). 

2. Select an item: Tap on a media tile. 

3. Share or print: 

   • Email: Opens an email form 

   • SMS: Opens a text message form 

   • Print: Sends the selected photo to the printer (available for photos only) 

4. Close preview: Tap Skip to return to the gallery 

Gallery Setting

The following Gallery Settings can be found under Global Settings:

• Show Photos – Displays only photo files 

• Show Videos – Displays video files, including GIFs
