Summary

• The Queue Management tab shows everything your booth produced and sent for the currently selected event: Sessions, Emails, SMS, Surveys, and Media uploads.

• Use the filter to switch views, select rows, and Retry Selected (failed/pending) or Remove Selected (UI only; originals stay).

• The list updates live as new sessions run and item states change.

Key actions

• Filter: Sessions | Email | SMS | Survey | Media

• Retry Selected: re-queues failed/pending items (when supported)

• Remove Selected: removes rows from the UI list (does not delete the original files or data)

Statuses and progress

• Pending – waiting to process

• Processing – in progress (Media/Survey show ~50%; Email/SMS show 0–100)

• Completed – finished (100%)

• Failed – error; retry to re-enqueue when possible

Dynamic columns

• Target – shown for Email, SMS, Media (not Survey)

• Media Type / Survey Type – context-specific type column

• Added/Start Time & End/Synced Time – labels adapt by filter

• Size – Media only
